NEW REFERENCE: Thunder ref 2016 by Musicalmutt2

Alrighty- Here's miss Thunder with her new and improved look~ She isn't as sweet as she was when i first created her. i can barely remember my plan for her back then in 2009, but i do know that for some reason she was a real super dog and she knew Bolt from the pet store.....Changed that.
